Return unopened Cpu

I bought a AMD Ryzen 5800x. It is way pass the 30 day. I still have the digital receipt. I don't plan to resell this. The box has never been opened. Is it still possible to return this?

If it would be well past that period, we wouldn't have an option available for returns, I am sorry.

@xueko just chiming in. The admin is correct on the return policy. But if you really want to push for a return, you can always come to the store with CPU and receipt, discuss the reasoning for returning the CPU to a Manager.

No guarantee, but depending on the Manager, they may work with you.

Just a side note, you'd get better response by coming to the store in person than waiting for a Manager phone call back. The Manager's are busy in the store with in store duties. It can be a challenge sometimes for them to call customers back on general return item questions.
