I have played with frequencies (60 and 75 mhz) looked for drivers -- but cannot get display to show as crisp as I would think it should
Most letters are blurry -- black fades to grey and comes back and the screen looks like it 'bows' toward the middle...
This was an 'open box' purchase -- I think it should have been labeled a 'defect'
any words of wisdom before I take back to store?
thanks
Hello @Jdflowers and thanks for posting on the Microcenter Community Forum. What is the make and model of you computer that the Acer is connected to? Also what graphic card does your system have and has the graphic card drivers, motherboard chipset drivers been updated?
Does the same problem happen on another system? Answers to these question can better allow us to share some words of wisdom. 😁
Sorry -- been a while.
ACER B277 connected to Dell Optiplex 7040 with Intel HD530 video
running 1920x1080 at 60 hz
All drivers updated. Microcenter staff checked out the optiplex... it is good to go.
Problem only appears on the B277.
Greetings,
I'd run through the options here: https://community.microcenter.com/kb/articles/232-windows-10-display-color-calibration-tips-tricks and at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/fix-apps-that-appear-blurry-in-windows-10-e9fe34ab-e7e7-bc6f-6695-cb169b51de0f to see if this helps!
