I bought a CPU but forgot to get the receipt... What should I do if I need to return it?

I asked my cousin to pick up a cpu for me earlier today, and gave her my credit card to pay for it. When the cashier asked her if she wanted a receipt, she said no. Am I able to return it within the next 15 days still without the receipt? The card wasn't linked to my insider account and I didn't receive an email receipt either. Thanks!

I know at my store in St, Louis Park, MN that I can walk in with returns and they can (and do) look up your purchase history. I believe they can see the entirety of what you have bought just by looking up your phone number. That is, I assume you bought it at Micro Center? If so, you can log in to your online account and have them resend a receipt to your email also. Make sure that she gave them your phone number and not hers though. She may have to go with you if she used hers.
