Have you already activated the software? Opened / activated software is typically not eligible for a return as listed in our return policy at https://community.microcenter.com/kb/articles/28-what-is-the-return-policy
On the registration page fill out everything above the state first, then the zip code and see if that fixes the state issue, but if it is installed and activated it should be fine. Did you receive your registration email?
You can disable the Banking and Payment by opening up the Eset client then Setup--> Banking and Payment--> disabled. I use the banking on some sites, but not on others. I have run into one of my credit card sites not playing nice with Eset Banking, so I disabled it on that site.
Let me know if this fixes your issues. I've been using Eset for about 15 years. It is a GREAT product.
