How to add SATA drive to Powerspec G438

Title is self explanatory.
Looks like I need to access the bottom compartment. I removed the two thumbscrews from the back that appear to hold the lower side panel on, but I still can't get that panel off. Looks like is should slide rearward, but I can't get it to move. Any ideas?
