Honestly, while I do build my computers, and pretty much do 100% of my parts shopping at MC, I have never used one of these online builders before, so don't judge me too harshly! Was just going for a bottom end, but decently capable gamer setup. Maybe not the latest and greatest AAA games, but playable!
-
I've been wanting to upgrade for a while and this would be a perfect build for me! I'm currently rocking an i7 9700K with a GTX 1070, and it's been great for a while, but it's starting to show its age. About a year ago I picked up my first 144Hz 1440p display and I fell in love with it, and refuse to go back to 1080p. Upgrading to an RTX 3070 would really help me reach that 144Hz when playing Warzone with my boys.

I need a PC that can do both streaming and gaming at the same time. This PC is really good to do that, having a good CPU and a great GPU. As well as having lots of storage space for years to come
-
I want this build to last me for years because I wouldn't get a other chance to build something of my dreams but once. And also games

Just slapped together what I would consider an upgrade to what I am running currently. No way I would ever be able to afford this: https://www.microcenter.com/site/content/custom-pc-builder-asus.aspx?load=787d7852-9731-40d9-a1d2-c6430296e72f

This is the build I'm going to use. Finally time to upgrade my 10+ year old PC.
I was able to get the EVGA RTX 3080 direct from them so I won't be needing a GPU. I have an old copy of Windows 8 or Windows Vista I can use the key to install Windows 10/11 so I won't need that either. I also just purchased a new Acer 27" 1440p monitor from Micro Center so this will be great for that. With the RTX 3080 it seemed like a good idea to go more high end with the other components. I wouldn't mind waiting a month or two for the Intel Alder Lake i9 though.

I have been waiting to build my first Pc for a while, considered gaming laptops but they are not upgradable as easy as a Pc. I love FPS games but this rig will also could help me in my engineering simulations that require so much power, enough ram and this good graphics card could lead me to victory both in the gaming world and college! Check it out:
-
I would love to have a pc like this or any top of the line pc, perfect gameplay with high refresh rate. I would use it to play games with my friends and streaming and youtube.
-
This is just a fantasy Asus build, no holds barred. I'm only dreaming.
-
This is my dream build and it would mean the world to me if I got it but sadly I don’t have the money haha but with the gift card I could start saving up

this build is made for the above average gamer this put in great parts that can overcome any base challenges for those looking to spend a great amount of time gaming but not to spend much this with be perfect
-
Would love to have to speed up my workflow
-
This seems like a good higher-end gaming pc that can handle streaming, encoding, gaming, and multitasking in general. Lots of price to performance as well as some of the best parts that aren't too crazy or extreme.
-
I always prefer a good bang for buck kinda build this is my go using the builder. Ideal upgrades would be ram to 32gb and a better video card when prices settle. But otherwise a solid gaming PC setup in my opinion.
-
I’ve never created my own computer before so not sure how I did. Please let me know!

$1731 is a good price for a power gaming PC and high applications workload.

-Barebone AMD value kit to start out because it's the cheapest one, but still have strong enough motherboard and RTX 3060 TI graphic.
-Add Ryzen 7 5800X for performance processing for work and play.
-16 GB RAM is good enough for current AAA games and all current demanding applications.
-1 TB NVME SSD PCIe3x4
-RGB heatsink
-Window 10 32/64 bit
Add all those together for one seriously powerful affordable gaming, streaming, programming, and software development computer. This computer is so strong that it will keep up with more demanding applications and games for 5 years into the future.

I could only dream of having a pc with these specs, right now I have a very budget build. And I would use the money to put towards a new graphics card
-
I want to push the power button and take a step back out of concern for my own protection. Would have opted for even more customization.
-
Needed a gaming rig that can be used for living room gaming and be a media server, and can be used to calculate the entire unending sum of PI in under an hour. This... Is that machine.

This is awesome contest make you want to go to micro center and build your own computer -
Well. If we're going for wishful thinking I really had to go with the best options available. WELL over the top of what I will actually be going with if I can budget for a new PC next year (only because this wouldn't be in my budget.) ;)
