Returning at different microcenter location, open box items

I bought a new CPU and an open-box motherboard (condition: missing accessories) at my local microcenter. I see another open-box motherboard (the same brand and model) at a different microcenter location that comes with everything (condition: complete) for around the same price, that I want to get.

Am I able to return my items at the another microcenter location than the one I bought it from? (I don't know if I can return at another microcenter, and if open-box makes a difference)
