Bluetooth not working

I have the Powerspec B244 model which comes with the ASRock A320M-HDV R4.0 MB and ASRock Wi-Fi adaptor. According to the specs this board/adaptor is supposed to support bluetooth but I can't get to turn on. In fact the Windows trouble shooter says that this device has no bluetooth. Is this a driver issue? What's going on?

The wireless card is what gives your system bluetooth. Bluetooth and WiFi almost always comes from the same adapter, as bluetooth is done over the 2.4Hz frequency. Is your WiFi working at all? Double check you have the antennas in.

If you have the antennas in, please try downloading the LAN Drivers for the system here; https://www.asrock.com/mb/spec/product.us.asp?Model=802.11ac Dual Band WiFi Adapter#osW1064 and then perform a power cycle.

We have a Dell Inspiron 5379 with Windows 10 and it doesn't even give us the option to turn Bluetooth on. When we try to use wireless earbuds, it says it won't work because Bluetooth is not on. What should we do? We have run troubleshooters 15 times, downloaded drivers, uninstalled drivers and reinstalled, rebooted and basically exhausted everything that we've found online to try to fix the issue.
