PSU static/buzzing sound
I have a G467 purchased in November.
My psu is is making a static or similar sounding buzz sound. What caught my attention initially an interference type sound reminiscent of cell phone interference through ones speaker. Upon closer look, with my ear right next to the PSU, I could hear this sound below.
The youtube video isn't my setup however the sounds are the same. I believe it's a powerspec 750 bronze unit.
Here's the deal, I'm a disabled veteran and hauling the computer into the store to diagnose what appears to be the PSU is a real problem for me. I can however easily take the PSU out and bring it in. I have a protection plan plus 1 year added on. It's less than 3 months old as it is. If this is normal, I can live with it if it doesn't get worse. Thanks for any input.

Greetings @Pkirk618
We can certainly help you investigate this issue. Please verify the issue occurs exactly as it's illustrated in the video. The switch on the PSU is off and you still hear this electrical buzzing? Does it occur if you switch the PSU to provide standby power to the board?
Check that your surge protector is operating properly and that the outlet is properly grounded. I would also try to isolate any other device that is causing electrical interference. Disconnect everything else on the circuit and test the PC alone. If the noise disappears, reconnect devices one at a time to isolate the culprit.
Let us know what your results are, or if you're unable to go through those steps. We will reach out to your local service department in that event, to arrange a repair for you.

On and off, connected to APC or different wall outlet doesn't change. The sound might get a little worse when not at idle but at idle, it's the same.
I then moved the computer to another outlet (isolated outlet) same results. Same sound when all peripherals are disconnected too for good measure.
Finally I disconnected the motherboard and turned on the PSU with no luck, the sound is the same. Finally I replaced the PSU with a corsair RMx PSU 850w psu and the noise was gone. If I turn the PSU on, outside the case, same sound as illustrated below. I'm confident my lines are clean and no interference from any other electronics are causing it.
This is the PSU alone outside of the case. Note the clicking is slow at first but the fans are full speed. So while electric is supplied the unit makes noise. It's not the fan because the noise isn't dependent on variations in RPMs. Hope this helps!
