I purchased the Intel Core i7-10700K processor on 5/25 for $269.99, and I see that it is now listed at $249.99. Since it is within the item's 15 day return period, can you help me get credited the difference under your price protection policy? The purchase was made via credit card.

Yes, we can provide a refund for the difference in price. You just need to come into the store in order to receive this. Also, You would have 30 days from the purchase date for any price protection not just 15.

Thank you for getting back to me. It is my understanding based on the previous responses in this discussion that the price protection policy is applied on credit card purchases without needing to return to the store. I live more than an hour away from the store. Can you please help me out with this?

We used to be able to provide the refund that way but credit card policies have changed since then, so you would have to come into the store to receive the difference.

Hello i bought the powerspec g438 desktop on the 17th of july with a debit card. It is still within the return period of 15 days. I see the pc is now 1999, not 2199$ am I eligible for a refund of 200$ would i have to go to the houston location to get this done? Thank you

Hello! We are able to do this for you, but you would need to bring the receipt and card used to have this facilitated at your local Micro Center.

We can definitely do that price match and get you that 20$ refund due to the price dropping. Mastercard and VISA credit card purchases alongside all debit and cash transactions will need to be processed back in the store.

I'd like to request a price adjustment. I bought a Lenovo Ideapad 3 laptop less than a month ago and now see it is on a "Black Friday" sale for $100 less. I used a MC credit card for the purchase. Do I need to come in the store for a refund?

I purchased a Ryzen 3700x two days ago and just noticed that the price dropped by 40 dollars. It was purchased with a Discover card.
Is there a way to get the price adjusted over the phone? I am 4.5 hours away from the store.

Greetings. in recent events, the financial institute in charge of your card has made a operational change which requires any price protection, post-sale price match, or refund to be done at the store directly, we are only able to make this price adjustment directly in-store with the card used at time of purchase.
