Buy a qualifying GeForce RTX 30-Series desktop or laptop, get Battlefield 2042
Hello! Quick question here. I just purchased a pre-built with a 3080 from microcenter that advertised the free copy of Battlefield 2042, however I do not see any way of redeeming that perk. Any ideas?

I am sorry you did not receive the game code already. I was able to find the purchase with the email address on your account. I have notified my lead of this and we will get the game code sent out as soon as we can. Please allow 24 hours for it to come through on your end.

Thank you for your feedback. NVIDIA determines the game promotions and game promotion availability. I understand prior game promotions operated differently, however with this promo, it it specifically stated by NVIDIA that it is for desktop and laptops pre-built with these cards regardless of where it is purchased.

This is a disheartening considering I just purchased a 1399$ video card from micro center. This promotion has always been available in the past for purchasing such a high ticket Item. Please speak with your vendor Nvidia on getting users this promotion for being loyal customers to not only your store but their brand. Please try and work something out I would really appreciate a helping hand in this matter seeing as a lot of your customer base feels the same way. Me or anyone shouldn't have to purchase a whole new desktop to receive this promotion. Microcenter is Primarily a place where people do custom builds , All this is going to do is promote your existing customers to purchase the desktop get the reciept with the code attached redeem the code and return the desktops causing the company to have a influx of open box items. Help out the customers you advertise to most considering a big amount of us love your store being one of the few retailers where it is encouraged to build your own pc.
