Hi, I bought a Pre built Hp Pavilion 3060 rtx i5 but I received a 1650 rtx version of it. it’s been 3 months since I bought it can I still return it?

(I think this is the right place to put this) I just bought parts for a build, and both the SSD and the CPU cooler were incorrect. The SSD was supposed to be a Samsung 970 NVME, but what was given to me at the store was a Samsung 870 SATA. The CPU cooler was less egregious, as it was the brown version of a Noctua cooler instead of black, but I paid extra for the black color and would like to get the correct type.
EDIT: please ignore comment, issue resolved in-person.
