I took your build, deleted it, and created a Monster Build!!! (If money is no object)
- Unfortunately it tells me that "You have to be around for a little while longer before you can post links."
-
I would like to call this build "The Beast" got to live a little with the parts that I'm getting which should last for years. It has 2.5 GB, 64GB (128 max) with a 2TB plus 1TB for storage. I'm a Ryzen kind of a guy but nothing against Intel.

My Frosty The Snowman build.
I have wanted a 3080 since they released and love the look of this one.
Happy Holidays
Waited 4 or 5 days and still can't post links so like others posted my build code
-
I kind of went a little crazy with this. Ok, a lot of crazy with it.
I can't post links:

I decided to challenge myself to preserve the white theme, RGB, and have roughly the same budget. In the end, I made a couple of changes.
I decided to go with Intel instead, as although AMD has similar CPU pricing, Intel has the upper hand with motherboard pricing, with prices on average being 100 dollars less than the AMD counterpart. Consequently, I went with a Z790 motherboard. I stuck with the same RAM kit, as there were no other options. I swapped the case out for the Lancool II, as it cost less while still looking fantastic. I upgraded the PSU to the 850W version for more headroom. For the GPU, I upgraded it to the STRIX 3080 for a further performance boost. When it comes to the SSD, going from a SATA to a PCIe 4.0 SSD brings quite a large jump for not much more. For the liquid cooler, I went with the least expensive 240mm AIO that is white to fit the theme. I also added an additional fan for the exhaust. Overall, the upgrades to the PC compared to the original list bring a slew of improvements.

My build is better because I built it in a way that it can become a Snow globe! With the all-white design and all the glass, it looks like a snow globe se we can decorate the inside with tons of fake snow and other fun things.

yo guys, some of my parts are cheaper on different websites such as amazon, newegg etc, and the price for my build is why i put it together, so can I put the link for some of the parts from amazon and newegg?

This is close to my new PC build I am 90%ish complete with. Would need to change the video card as I am waiting on Tuesday for the 7900XTX. I am also running the Antec Torque case in black and red. Didn't see a spot to add CPU and GPU water blocks but they are coming from EKWB should have them by the 23rd. Looks like my Christmas I will be putting this beast together. Everything else on this list I already have sitting and waiting the the water blocks and 7900XTX.
Code: 4adff290-1900-4983-900f-28edb0628ed9
EDIT: Almost forgot to swap out the PSU as well, Mine is running a Corsair HX1200. Just seen it still had the 750 Micro Center had in their list.

Yours is nice and all, but I like my build better! Of course, it won't let me post my link as it says I have to be around longer before it lets me post links in the comments, but what's the point of a promotion directing one to do so if you can't?
-
I took your base and just changed some parts around. I enjoy a good Corsair build so swapped the case and changed the CPU cooler. Added a higher power GPU and have a nice Corsair Oreo build.

I think you just need to add a profile pic and post to get promoted to be able to share links.

Alright, here me out.
-Shaved $10 giving up the full white build BUT getting the OPTIMAL memory speed of 6000 MHz for an AMD AM5 build.
-Increased case budget to use a case that by default (stock) supports better airflow, includes fans, and in my experience has better temps.
-for the same price swapped the 240 AIO out for a 360 AIO that I've had good experience with so better cooling/$
-overall only a $50 increase but miles more efficient vs a fairly efficient build already.
-almost bumped down to 7600X to limit overhead on CPU but decided worth preserving 2 cores for work station-like applications

I really went all out with the RGB and the white theme. Obviously the RGB is green and red, for the Christmas vibes. The RGB triangles will be made to create a Christmas tree, and with the white, it will create the Christmas wonderland in the pc.
I can't post a link, so I just put a spacemicrocenter com /site/content/custom-pc-builder.aspx?load=7357ad5a-3730-4652-8a58-63f758194363 -
I kept the white theme but went for an amd build to keep prices down l, while still wanting to build a rig that can be kept for at least 5 years. Swapped cooling over to a custom piping set for a unique one of a kind layout with a purple coolant to contrast case fans rgb settings. Went with increased ram for longevity and because I typically am the friend hosting servers on my pc for the group.

The Silver Surfer might not be themed for the holidays but it will get you through many snowed in nights at home. This gray/silver themed PC isn't the standard black and white you see today but will still work wonders with any accent color you want to throw at it!

Love the snow theme. Good luck everyone!

For my build, I decided to go with components very similar to a PC that I'm looking to buy at Micro Center soon. I decided to go with a new gen Intel processor with a MOBO that supports DDR5 to hopefully enable upgrades for a long time to come! I also opted for a Black case because I prefer something more understated in my office. Kept the 3070Ti as that's what I'm looking to buy. This was fun - thanks!
-
I tried to stick to some color themes with the build. Silver case, white motherboard, and white upper mount CPU cooler for the fresh/falling snow look. Intel(blue) CPU and inland SSD (also blue) for just a bit of contrast. LED RAM stick to glow red opposite the GPU (NVidia) green. The rock image mouse pad to remind you to be good this year while the keyboard (red) and mouse (white) mimic a Santa hat. PSU with LEDs make it look like the elves are working overtime.

The build I'm posting is essentially an upscaled version of the all-AMD gaming rig (inside my profile page) I plan to put together soon. The reason for this is that most of the parts for my planned rig were not available in the PC Builder, so I decided to substitute some similar items to try to match the build. It pretty much turned from an ITX build to MATX build. Honesty, I'm not too sure if it beats the Winter Wonderland build, but you can never go wrong with last-gen stuff, haha!
In terms of what items changed from my planned build, the PSU and RAM were the only items that stayed intact. The CPU and GPU are for final future upgrades. Everything else was substituted to try to match the parts I currently have. As for the cooler, I decided to go with the NH-U12s since the NH-U12a was not available in the builder. Alternatively, the NH-D15s would probably work just as well. The regular NH-D15 might not have enough RAM clearance inside the Torrent Compact. Since the available Torrent Compact in the builder was in the black colorway and I know that this version doesn't come with bottom fans, I decided to add in 3 NF-P12 Reduxes for increased airflow & to try to match the darker color scheme. That being said, the regular Noctua brown fans would still probably look great with the black case, so the NF-A12x25's can be used as an alternative with better performance.
All in all, this was a fun activity and thank you guys for the opportunity! Good luck to everyone!

This is an awesome opportunity
-
I stuck with the same color, a snowy white theme. Choose a smaller chubby case and swap out the ram to a different shape. Most importantly upped the processor because who wouldn't want more POWER.
🤩

Had to go full AMD for this build and upgrade the ssd to an m.2
-
I designed this build to be able to handle any game thrown at it at ultra settings and to offer the absolute best gaming experience possible.

I've built a PC with all the latest technology so that it will last well into a decade. It's got multiple cores on the cpu to multi-task all the new games and software without any lag due to any bandwidth bottlenecks. Lots of storage space for all my personal and business files. A kickass graphics card to churn out buttery smooth gameplay when it's time to have fun. A power supply to feed it all the electricity it could possibly need. The rest is just for aesthetics to keep it cool and discreet.
