New ASUS B450M-A II not displaying
My current set up is a Ryzen 5 5600G with an ASUS B450M-A II, and Radeon R9 290. I'm not getting any display currently.
(New member so I can't post links, sorry.) This is the bundle I bought at Micro Center yesterday AMD Ryzen 5 5600X, ASUS Prime B450M-A II, CPU / Motherboard Combo
I bought this bundle yesterday. Looking at PCPartPicker, they have it listed with the following warning.
I checked the documentation that came with the mobo and this lines up. I tried updating it, and still no display. I think there might be an issue with my graphics card causing this, but I can't be sure. All fans are on and the PC seems to boot. Not really sure where to go from here. What do you suggest?

Greetings,
Do you get any QLEDs to light up on the board? Do you have another card that you can test and have you tried each port on the video card for display?

Hi Ian,
I've tried all the display ports on the video card, as well as gone back to the store and exchanged the mobo and CPU thinking they were faulty. The issue remains on my end.

You don't have debug LED's to work with so you want to look very closely at what the system is doing. Clear CMOS, try to power it on and watch the CPU fan and the LED's. Does the system run for 20-30 seconds then restart? Is the fan speed consistent, or does it slow down. That'll give you an idea of what's going on. Post some pictures of the build.

Hi Mike,
I exchanged my previous processor and motherboard for the exact same model and the problem persists.
I cleared CMOS, no change. The system powers on and stays on, all of the fans turn on including the GPU. I plugged in a keyboard and indicator lights on it are responsive, ie. I can turn num lock on and off. So I think it is getting passed POST.
I tried every single display outlet on the thing except DisplayPort, since I don't own any devices that are compatible.
Here is a photo of the inside of the PC currently. I took the GPU out for troubleshooting. I also attached a photo of the 24 pin as well for good measure.

If the keyboards responding you are able to POST. You're having a video output issue. Have you tried a different monitor or TV?
