What does a replacement plan cover?
I bought something a couple years ago and the replacement plan hasn't run out yet. I was wondering what was covered by it and what would happen if I brought something into my local store?

Hi,
We cover things like surges, overheating and if it lots of things that make your product slow down or not function properly. Your local store will take a look at the item and may test it if required to see if it isn't working properly. If it fits in the scope of the plan then we'll give you a gift receipt for how much you paid for the product. In some cases a manager may make an exception for a outlying issue that will be judged case by case.

If my replacement plan is still valid but the return window has run out would I still be able to return or exchange the product?

A replacement plan doesn't extend the return period timeframe.
