Crashing Red Devil 6800XT
I have a red devil 6800xt and it crashes to a black screen every other day or so and the drivers need to be reinstalled everytime. Each time it crashes, it takes like 3 attempts in safe mode to be able to install the driver because it crashes when booting up. Sometimes it wont even boot after a crash
I did a full restore of everything and restarted from scratch. Nothing seems to work and it seems to be a faulty card but i'm scared to take it in to the store to get a warranty replacement because it only happens every other day or so.
I can't go without a card because i need it for work but i cant keep dealing with this issue.
What should i do?
5600 CPU
x570 RoG Strix Mobo
32gb of ram @ 3600
1000w power supply

Hello, if you haven't already, try a clean install of your video card drivers, here is a step by step guide on how to do this (the steps are the exact same if you are using Windows 11): https://community.microcenter.com/kb/articles/133-how-to-clean-install-video-card-drivers-in-windows-10

Also having issues with the Red Devil. Any remotely demanding game crashes. Ran AMD cleanup, did full reinstall of drivers.
Got a new motherboard, power supply, and CPU, same problem, 100% identical. The new Hogwarts game (which had some jank coding to be fair) crashes after 10-60 seconds, yet I clocked 58 hours of gameplay o the old GPU. Subnautica will crash after 5 minutes and then run for another hour before crashing. Elden Ring goes for about 10 minutes. Same results when using the Red Devil with my old board/PSU/CPU.
Old GPU does not have this issue.
I have the Ryzen 5900x and a TUF Pro board. 32GB RAM, Corsair 850m power supply.
Minecraft runs my iron golem farm all night on max settings 😂

What are your overclocking settings? I got exactly the same as you described when I tried to push the OC a little too high. Ryzen Master in particular will cause it to do like that.
