Is AT&T considered a major US mobile carrier?
My AT&T mobile phone fails to verify. Any options to resolve this? I used my ex-wife's phone on the same AT&T plan to complete the verification.

I was attempting to make a new account. I ended up using my wife's phone number, which was accepted, but I would like to put the correct number in my account. Editing the phone number in account settings also rejects my number.

The phone number you are trying is directly from AT&T, not pre-paid and not from an AT&T reseller account?

That is correct. Mine and my wife's are the same account,

I do apologize for the issue, I'll get this escalated to our IT team to look into to see why it may be declining this phone number. With it being a holiday weekend, most likely it would not be looked into until early to mid next week.
