Just wondering about Duluth repair times
I had a PC recently built by them at the end of December, started having a few issues, and this is the second time im taking it back to them. Its been about 9 days and I have reached out to multiple support individuals via chat, phone call, as well as text. My PC has been through 4 people looking at it. Im just wondering- is it normal for literally no one to reach out for updates and letting me know whats going on? I feel like im begging for updates at this point and even the manager won't call me to give me updates as he was the last person to run tests on it. The last update I got after calling and having to explain myself again was that it was a motherboard issue, but shouldnt that be a quick fix?
They said they will reach out to the manager, do this and that but I feel like im just going to keep getting brushed off until I have to go full Karen mode to the store. So I guess my question is- a brand new PC put together by MC- does it really take 9-10 days to fix or am I just being brushed off?

Hello,
I'm sorry our Community forums would not be directly at a store so I would be unsure how busy a store may be for repairs at a given time. From looking up your email here, it does appear you've been in contact with other channels with us that have gotten you in contact with the store for this.

So follow up- at one point will MC replace my entire PC?
Have a brand new pc built by them with their parts at the store, seems like they have had it longer than I have trying to fix it. It was constantly crashing and even after having the motherboard and RAM sticks replaced, still crashing
They had from the Feb 8-18th and just replaced those parts, and literally took it back the 19th and its the 21st with them still having it
Again- brand new PC, same issues, assuming the person who put it together messed up somewhere or parts are still bad
the free game pass sub I have on there is literally running out and I cant use it- minor issue but like its free and I cant use it
So Yes, i have been in somewhat contact with them after having to call them almost daily just for an update- but in the end I have no solution

Greetings,
I'm going to forward your information we have on file along with this over to the Duluth service management, they would be able to look into this and contact you back in regards to this.
