I filled out the form with my A1 serial number and have heard nothing since. Are the heat beds coming soon?

To provide an update to this, it looks like we are expecting these parts to be shipped to the store within the next few days and once they are ready for pickup, you would be emailed directly about this. An email should have been sent to you from our customer relations team about this recently!

I don't believe there any updates of yet, I'd assume it would be really any day now, you will be emailed directly when they are available at the store for pickup.

If the new A1 printers are in stock before we get the heat-bed replacements can we just exchange our A1? I don't care about the voucher money.

We would like to update everyone on the current status of the Bambu Lab A1 Combo Printer recall. We are working closely with Bambu Lab and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we resolve this issue.
Due to Bambu Lab’s compliance concerns, replacing the heatbed is no longer a feasible option. However, we have partnered with Bambu Lab to secure new printers and can offer you an exchange.
Whether you choose to make a new purchase or simply complete the return, please rest assured that customers who registered for the replacement heatbed, will still receive the promised $120 Micro Center gift card. You can apply your gift card to purchase same day!
