Are clearance/open-box items not returnable?

I tried calling my local Microcenter but no one's answering the phone. I bought a GPU that was on clearance/open-box a week and half ago. I'm contemplating returning it to upgrade to a higher model GPU. I noticed on the receipt that it has a "Outside Return Window" on it for this clearance/open-box GPU. Are clearance/open-box items not returnable? I've bought a day or two after that purchase an AIO, computer chassis, CPU, vertical GPU mount, etc and all of those have a return by date and couple are open-box items.

I'm planning to make a drive to my local Microcenter store to confirm in a couple days, but I'm going to be a bit upset if I can't return as I did not see any indication that the GPU is non-returnable.

Hello @Glou! Regarding open Box, it has the same 15-30 day return period as a new item so if you are looking to return or exchange this for another video card you can certainly do so! Thanks Paul! Yea they had no issues taking back the GPU even though it say "Outside of return" window status, which allowed me to go up to a higher model GPU. In my case they stated less than 30 days is acceptable even for "clearance" marked items.
