PowerSpec G476 (5 mo. old) Crashing at Random
I am apparently having a similar problem to the one posted by Kap0604 last September:
Was there a resolution to this issue? There seems to be no rhyme or reason to when this happens; the display goes black and the computer freezes, and my only option seems to be to shut it down and restart. When it happens, the fans in the PC case crank up, which made me suspect there was an overheating problem. However, it's not with the GPU (NVidia RTX4090); I've been monitoring it and it rarely goes above 70 C even under heavy usage.

We replaced the unit for the customer to get him taken care of quickly. I had the unit shipped back here and we discovered the modular PCIe cable on the PSU had come loose and caused his issues.
