Microcenter in Phoenix
We have vacant Fry's buildings in the Phoenix area that could probably be had for a song . The reason they went out of business is because they started selling stuff not even related to electronics and stocked a bunch of water and other stuff and never restocked the electronics . I tried helping out by buying whatever I could that they had left - but was forced to buy elsewhere because they didn't have anything to purchase . I do either Newegg or Best Buy right now - but would definitely use Microcenter exclusively - if you put a store nearby . The closest store to me is in Tustin California . I don't see how you get by in those smaller cities and the ones that you are building new stores at . I mean Charlotte is really small compared to the Phoenix area . Anyways , would like to see a store here before I die ...

I’ve seen many requests from this community for Microcenter to setup locations in the Valley of the Sun. Please Microcenter give this community a reason why you haven’t answered any of their requests? No response? Have you even considered Phoenix as a potential location? We are one of the largest Tech communities in the southwest.

I've been building my PC one part at a time over the last 2 years with everything being mail ordered. Luckily I found a micro center deal on amazon for my motherboard and cpu. My biggest problem as of late is some of the parts I want to get I don't want to order online. So I'm gonna say we really would love to see you open a location in the Phoenix area. I really hope to see this happen soon.

Registered just to add to this post. I am moving from Cincinnati, OH to Phoenix, AZ and am very sad to have to leave MicroCenter behind. Built my first PC from MC using an Athlon dual core CPU - lol - but I will have to cancel my MC credit card after 15 years as a customer, because without a location nearby, I'll be stuck with online retailers like Amazon/Newegg. It's wild that I'm moving to a more "techy" city with twice the population and having to leave behind my favorite tech store.

riverview in Mesa has an empty office deport and an empty bed bath beyond that could be transfored quickty to a wonderful micro center.

I'm just adding my urging to please bring a Microcenter to the Phoenix, Arizona community. It really is quite puzzling that you guys don't have one in the 5th largest city in the country, not to mention the large suburbs surrounding Phoenix, the total population approaching almost 5 million. You would have an enormous amount of business, especially since there is no other business like it in this area. You have locations in every major metro area…except Phoenix. It just doesn't make sense to me.

Obviously a handful of online requests won't steer a business decision. However, It would would be nice to not have to wait for a work event to go to a microcenter in Ohio. Phoenix is the fastest growing tech city in the US right now and it work be a smart move in the future. I personally work at dozens of large scale multi acre centers filled with guys like me who love to build pcs and are also waiting for those microcenter deals to roll in our city.

Very happy to hear about your appreciation for Micro Center! We are currently doing our best to expand as much as possible nationwide. We have had several stores open over the past year! Hopefully Phoenix is next on the list :)

Hi Micro Center Staff,I love in Tucson and would love a store in Phoenix. I will add that should you decide to open a store in Tucson, you might also get customers from the border and El Paso. Our Costco stores are some of the busiest in the country. Just a thought.

We'll be moving there in five months, from the Columbus area. This is the biggest bummer, but there are many other benefits, like NOT GRAY SKIES lol

I loved walking through the Fry's Electronics as a kid and looking at the assortment of parts. I just wanted to build something cool! But now that I am an adult and have money, I can't go back and buy stuff to tinker with because the Fry's Electronics shut down! My heart is broken and yearning for Microcenter. Always hearing about it on YouTube but no store that I could visit. Fry's Electronics probably shut down because it was all the way in Glendale, AZ. Opening an electronics store in the Tempe/Mesa area would see much more business and there's a lot of great real estate in Mesa Riverview and Tempe Marketplace with tons of people!
Please come to Phoenix soon! Or give us some sort of hope that this is actually in the works. Just a glimmer, please! -
Sure, lets open yet another location in California and then odd ball places like Florida, etc. So what the heck is taking so long to get this done? Phoenix metro area has a population of over 4.8 million people. Your telling us that you think you can't make any money here? But lets just open one in Charlotte, NC with a population of under 1 million. Make this make sense? What idiot is doing your real estate deals?
