I dropped my PC off to be diagnoses about a month ago and the technician at the desk which I dropped off my PC at the time stated it would take about 3-4 days to be done with the diagnoses. 3-4 Days later still not reply through email, phone, nor text message so I took matters into my own hands to find a contact number. No number was available except for the text hotline which gave me a robot to talk to until a technician responded about 3 days later.

Now it's been a month and my attempts to reach out to your company via email and other online channels, but there seems to be no hotline or phone line available for me to speak with a customer service representative with the lack of response and customer service.

Furthermore, even after sending a follow-up email, I have not received any response for over five days now. The only clarification I received was that the technician was not in the day I contacted and only received pricing with no ETA on the date of completion. This lack of communication is unacceptable, and it has caused me a great deal of frustration and inconvenience. This is most definitely my last time coming to shop or do anything at Micro Center, I gave the reviews on Google and everywhere else a benefit of doubt since everyone's experience is different. Now..I've found my experience to be similar to those folks that left a 1 star review.

I expected better service from a company that specifies in technology but this experience left me wanted to never go here for repairs or purchases ever again.

    I'm sorry to hear of the difficulty in reaching the store. I'm not aware of any email address for our store services team, but they do have a repair website at https://www.microcenter.com/site/service/repair-order.aspx to check your status. You can open a chat with our contact center via the chat bubble any time during store hours at the bottom of https://www.microcenter.com/ who would be able to look into repair details as well.

  • Absolutely Rude customer service at the Madison Heights location, never bothered to be informed that stuff I order online was out of stock, when I came in to pick it up I was rudely told by an associate to get lost. When I searched the isles it was in stock. When I tried to flag down somebody to pull the item, I was very rudely blown off. When I tried to bring it to a managers attention, I was told oh we’re to busy and to order it online. I will NEVER shop here again. I’ve done businesses with microcenter for 10 years, but never again. This behavior I witnessed is absolutely unacceptable.

  • So this will be extremely long since I have extremely fustrated and disappointed in this store. I had initially brought my unit in for repair since it was not working at all. I had to pay a $80 diagnostic fee to see what was wrong with the unit. I then had to pay $800 worth of labor just for them to take apart my unit and drain the liquid since my unit is with water cooler. I had to intially replace the cpu block, drive, and riser cable which the parts were less expensive than the actual labor which is ridiculous. The technician had told me my unit was ready for pick up and told me that everything was all good and fixed which was a complete lie. The day I had come to the Brooklyn location to pick up my unit, the associates had proceeded to explain that they are bringing the unit from upstairs which was ridiculous. I mean does it take 4 hours to bring a P.C. down? That was how long I had waited. Oh no but then they had lied to me and proceeded to tell me my unit was then not turning on which I had yet again had to pay extra for another replacement the riser cable. An hour later the technician told me it was finished. I paid a total of $1200 for just a repair when I could of built a completely new P.C. They robbed me of my money and took advantage of my unit and my kindness. I had my unit for barely a month when again it broke again. This time any time I would play a game my unit would completely shut down with any app I click on. I brought it back because it is not fair that I paid all this money for it to be returned broken AGAIN!!!!! They would not fix it free of charge which is disgusting for all the money I paid for. They wanted me to pay another $80 to fix the PSU which I didn't think was an issue but since I have a water cooler the leak that happend the first time around could be the reason why my PSU could have broke down because it most likely dripped down and ruined it but again they didn't care to check it. The had told me my PSU was fine and that nothing indicated anything wrong with my unit. They wanted me to pay $400 more for the labor for the PSU replacement. I refused to do so since of the obscene amount of money I had paid. I went to pick it up today to bring it home and had asked them to turn the unit on just to know that they didn't do anything to my unit. When they plugged my unit in it then would not turn on at all or even turn off which I didn't bring it like that. They finally told me that the motherboard is screwed because there was water on it from the leak. Not only did Microcenter in the Brooklyn location rob me of my money but they also completely broke my unit which now I have to completely build a brand new P.C. I am so upset I want a complete refund for this since I originally paid $3000 when I first purchased this unit.
