How do I find the status of my repair, upgrade, or service order?

If you have your Repair Order Number or Service Order Number, you can check the status at:
https://www.microcenter.com/site/service/repair-order.aspx
Your Repair/Service Order Number should be located in your repair reservation email or on the top of your repair order check-in form.
Your service technician will also reach out to you occasionally with updates on the repair, or if they need any additional information to proceed.
