unable to verify billing address

Every time I try to buy one of the monitors it keeps saying unable to verify the billing address. The billing address is the same as the shipping address and it refuses to work.

Thank you both for posting on the Micro Center Community!  

I apologize for the issues you are having when it comes to placing your online order.  We have beefed up our Address Verification a bit more to fight some fraud we are seeing around the holidays.
Can you try this with your addresses;
1.) Spell out any numbers on addresses where the street name is a number.
Example; 3rd Street -> Third Street

2.) Only have the Suit/Apartment Number to only the shipping address.

If you are still encountering issues, and this is an Online Order to be Shipped, please contact our MCOL team at 614-850-3675; option 3 and the order can be placed over the phone. 

If you are still encountering issues and this is an In-Store Pick Up, I highly recommend coming to the store without the reservation to get the item off the shelf.

I apologize for any inconveniences, we are currently working on trying to narrow our Address Verification system so issues like these do not come up.

Hi @TsPhillipT spelling out the numbers on my billing address worked for me, Tenth instead of 10th even though your Address Verification suggested  a slightly different version of 10Th (Capital T). Thanks

Same here.  I tried every combination, including the Verified address, and nothing worked.  I was finally able to process it by using Twelfth instead of 12TH.

Thanks for the tip. I had to spell out my apartment number and then it worked. So frustrating!

I've been spelling out all the number in my billing address and it is still not working. I even tried an address with no street number other than the house number which i also tried spelling out. NOTHING WORKS!!!! WHAT KIND OF ASININE SETUP IS THIS?>???!!

I'm unable to make a purchase on a pair of headphones. The error tells me "Unable to Verify Billing Address". Please help!

Still broken, and if I type out Two Hundred Thirtieth Avenue the system says invalid address. How is this not fixed, this post is over a month old???

This is still an issue on January 11, 2021.  I copy and pasted the suggestion on the "Resolving Address issues Online" post since I live on the same street name it uses as an example and still it wouldn't work.

Thanks for the reply but I ended up making the purchase elsewhere.  I've never had a more difficult time trying to spend money.. 

I make a lot of (too many) purchases and get packages almost daily from all over the world.  I've dealt with so many companies I couldn't even begin to list them all but I have never ran into a problem like this.  Also, I rather pay a little extra elsewhere than order through a call.

I hope you guys get this fixed the next time I'm trying to shop here.

Exact same problem as everyone else, tried everything you can think of, never in my life have I struggled this hard, I’m trying to purchase a Lian Li O11D Mini Black case and it just will not work, it’s unfortunate because now I gotta wait for Newegg’s restock tomorrow

Having the exact same issue on Jan 12 2021. Trying to use a corp credit card to make a purchase and I even double checked the EXACT address with the bank yet the Microcenter site refuses to process payment.  Frustrating. 

The troubleshooting steps don't apply to my billing address and the phone number to call is "closed."  IMO if the stores are open, customer service should be open too.

EDIT: Tried a different credit card and now I just get "Your shopping cart has been cleared because we were unable to process the order. Please resubmit your order with another form of payment."  What in the living hell is going on here?

Extremely challenging to order online. Getting same problem with verifying billing address. After a couple of failed attempts, it makes it more challenging by emptying your cart, so you have to go back and add everything again. I just went through this cycle 3 times...
