Am I able to return a motherboard that has been opened and used? It is still in good conditions used about for 2 days

Yes, as long as the product is within its return period and meets all return requirements, you may return it to the store.

If I already opened the package like a plastic bag, does it need to be in there? Or just all the contents is fine?

If there are parts missing there may be a restocking fee, however, this is at the manager's discretion. They will need the item in hand to be able to review it before they can give you a certain answer. The antistatic bag is important and should be included to ensure there is no damage to the board in transport.
