Model O Software Disconnection

All of a sudden, my sensor stopped working. (I have the model O) I used some model D disconnection update to fix the sensor; it worked, but now I have to manage my mouse using the Model D software. Whenever I try to use the Model O software again, it says device is disconnected.

(I bought the mouse late August of 2020)

I contacted Glorious Support and they told me to tell the place where I bought the mouse from about my issue.

Greetings! To clarify, is the mouse in general not working or just the software to control the mouse's RGB etc.?

I used to have that mouse. The software was glitching and the feet of the mouse feel off quickly. I returned the mouse and got a Corsair mouse.

Do you have the latest version of the "glorious core" software/firmware installed? It should be found on their website on the product page such as: https://www.pcgamingrace.com/products/glorious-model-o-wireless-matte-white It's found under the "glorious core" section of the page.

@Netpid just chiming in. When was the mouse purchased from MC? Also try uninstalling the software then reinstall the firmware. Afterwards, reinstall the software.

Yep, I bought it from MC.

I tried doing that already. It still shows "device is disconnected"
