Looks like the shipping questions is offline right now. I tried earlier but my line in queue was stuck at 9.
Is it possible to cancel my order at the actual store? I was planning to go in for in-store pickup anyway. -

I received an order confirmation email stating my estimated shipping date was 7 days later on Sunday Feb 21, 2021. On Monday February 15 I emailed the customer service department to cancel my order but no one responded. I then called the online order customer service number to cancel my order but no one answered the phone. I then sent a text message to the online order customer service number like the automated voice message said to do and no one answered my text. Later that day on Monday February 15 I received an email that my order has shipped when it was not scheduled to ship until 6 days later on Sunday February 21. Now my order appears to be stuck in Hagerstown, MD with no estimated delivery date. I would like to cancel this order and would have appreciated if someone had responded to my email, phone call or text before it was shipped out on February 15. Thank you.

I actually made an order one day ago with the Micro Center Online Reservation Number: 12199690. I paid for it online and when I went to pick it up it was the wrong thing, So I actually went into the store and bought the right thing and told them to refund it for me. This morning I got an email from Micro Center telling me not to forget my reservation. Could this order please be canceled.

You mentioned that you'd returned this item for another in the store. When you returned the item to the store your refund should have started being processed.
You may consider this order canceled. If for some reason the order is not canceled before 3 days, the order is automatically canceled by our system.

Can I possibly get my order cancelled as well, order number being #12333880. I didn't realize that next day shipping meant ya'll process the order for 4 days, and then be shipped in 1 day. I thought it meant that the order would get to my doorstep the next day.

Hello @Squidee Apologies for the confusion. I do see that your order has been processed and is waiting to be picked up for shipment at this time. The estimate given is a worst-case scenario, should we not be able to process your order quickly. In this case, we were able to quickly process your order.
If you'd like, I can request that we pull your order, though we may not be able to complete this before the shipper has taken your order. Please let me know if you'd still like me to request that we pull your order.
