PowerSpec G464 rebooting randomly

@TSMikeW no my board hasn't been replaced.

Thanks for answering that. Was the ASUS software installed when you received this system, or was it something you installed based on the web specs?
-
@TSMikeW when i just got it, it didn't have ASUS software then i installed the software. Random reboot happened.
-
I have not gotten any BSOD on this computer. I did on the previous one that had the rebooting issue.
-
Could you tell us the build number on your PowerSpec? Should be on the rear, on the serial number label. Also, what driver version are you on currently and which versions have you tested?
-
According to your MSInfo32 report, your motherboard is an MSI MPG X570 Gaming Edge WIFI. Don't reinstall the ASUS software and you'll be fine.
-
It says Build 7. The drivers are updated. I did have issues where it was crashing, and I had to remove the AMD software and re-update it to the version right before the newest one, and that stopped it from crashing. Any specific driver you were thinking? Next month ends my 1 year P&L warranty, so if I need to get it looked at, i'd prefer to before then lol

Couple of things. Before I believe 21.8.2 there was an issue with the AMD drivers where when the system would BSOD, it would instead just go black and reboot. In my testing I could not record a BSOD on the 5700 XT even when I forced this manually. If you were on an older driver, it may have been a BSOD, even though there was no minidump and it didn't look like one.
Keep an eye on it. If the issue returns, please reply to this thread or DM me. We'll explore additional options.

Same issue as before. Restarted mid valorant game. Its to the point that I dont even try gaming on it anymore because its so annoying. At least once per session that it reboots randomly.
-
Sorry for the delay in responding here. I'm creating a tech support ticket for you and we'll be emailing you shortly for more information.
-
Still crashes and restarts mid game. sigh.

Good Morning @DudeItsDylan
I do apologize you are still having issues with the system. if you have gone through all the troubleshooting recommended by our technical consultants it may be best to bring the system back in to the store and have the service technicians run diagnostics on this to see if they can pin point a hardware issue with the system.
-
just upgrade to windows 11, i don't know why i decide to suddenly.
Now it keep freezes and crashes. taking it in to the store to look at it.
-
I had reboot issues until i changed my psu, i don't understand why the prebuilt pcs always use the absolute minimum psu that's what stops me from buying another one might as well do a custom.
