Is the 2024 Holiday Return Policy in effect?
I was told yesterday when purchasing a 9800X3D that the MC Holiday Return Policy was in effect and returns were allowed until "the end of January."
Is this true? I can find no evidence that it is, and in past years, the Holiday Return Policy didn't start until Black Friday/Cyber Monday.

Hello! Yes, the holiday return policy is in effect! It started November 1st 2024. This return policy ends on January 15th 2025. We are working on creating an article for this! I will try and keep this article in mind and post it here once it is completed.

Curious why you guys just don't have a section for this in your general return policy section of the website? Most companies will label it as Holiday Return policy. Waiting every year for someone to greenlight it is a bit tedious, no?

We have made a lot of changes to the site recently and this was a part of it unforuntately… Very sorry for the inconvenience! While We are creating this aritcle I am going to put this information in here:
For all* purchases made between 11/1/23 and 12/25/23, the return policy will be extended until 01/15/24. Micro Center protection plans can be added post-purchase during this window; please see your local store for details on adding a protection plan to your purchase. -
