Water on my Mac

Laptop can't Auto Repair

Power supply dead
My powerspec 650 watt 80+ gold appears to have no DC output. The AC input is ok. I reset it several times but the power supply fan does not even turn on at all.

battery life real low something wrong with charger
I have a Hewlett packard computer is about 7-8 years old. Makes a loud noise when starting up. Plus when fully charged at 100% computer will shut off after about 15 minutes. Should I take in to get repaired or get a new computer? Thanks in advance.

I bought a Lian li razor edition case install went well but nothing is powering up. LEDs light up but that’s it. Liquid CPU Cooler loud makes weird rattling noise. Noise lessens when leaning to the left.
