Can't complete purchase. Drop down menu for credit card not working.
Trying to purchase a laptop through the micro center website. Been at it for a couple hours. On the billing info screen, there's a drop down menu for credit card type: master card, visa, etc. When I click on it no drop down menu appears. And if I just leave that field empty then of course the purchase can't be completed:…

How to Add Second m.2 SSD to G438
I would like to add a second m.2 SSD to my new G438 pre built computer. I inquired of MicroCenter tech support and they sent what appears to be a build manual. That would be great if I had a pile of parts and was going to put them together. However, this is pre built and, when I open the case, things don't look the same.…

Computer is shutting off under load, won't restart until PSU has been flipped on and off.
Hey all, this is a really weird issue I'm having. About 3 days ago I was playing Apex and after some matches, my computer just shut off. It took about ten minutes for it to boot up, once it did I put it into Heaven Benchmark just to see if anything weird was going on and, sure enough, the computer shut off again -I was…

SSD randomly not booting
A few weeks ago, my system wouldn't start to Windows, just went to the BIOS screen. The boot drive SSD (Inland Professional 1TB 3D QLC NAND PCIe Gen 3 x4 NVMe M.2 Internal SSD) didn't show up in BIOS. I opened things up, took out the SSD and put it back in and then it showed up and everything booted. My cat had started a…

Storage on PC
I just finished my first build, and am in the process of getting the software and everything setup. I installed a Samsung NVMe M.2 SSD 980, but I have been seeing a lot of references to 2.5" SSD or an adjacent HDD. Do I need one of those other components, or will the NVMe I have do the trick? (I have the 1TB SSD).

Delete or change a review
Is there any way to change a review? I thoroughly trashed the Creality Cloud Box when I first bought it, and it deserved it. After multiple upgrades to the firmware and the app it's actually become very useful, I'd like to correct that review. Review page Creality Wi-Fi Cloud Box - Micro Center
