I bought this unit 3 weeks ago, and the fan colors cycled through the spectrum throughout my usage. Today they're just red and won't change. Does this mean there's a problem?

If one wanted to work at Mirco Center to be a build technician. Would the COMP TIA A+ be enough to be qualified or would I need additional certification on top of it. From what I have read I believe the COMP TIA A+ should be enough.

I recently got a 2TB Inland Sata SSD When I plugged it into my computer it reads. But when I try to allocate it tells me that my drive does not exist. When I tried it on my older PC it still didn't work. I have tried to use other ports and cables. When I run a health check on it, it says the drive is healthy. Help?
