pc wont boot
hello, I bought a full built yesterday and it wont boot. not light up nothing. 'm not sure what i did wrong cause I followed manuals and videos. I built it myself. should I take it back to micro center and have them fix it or is that not an option?? im confused cause im new to this

I bought the retail windows 10 USB key, however when I try to use it, it gets stuck on splash screen
