Why PowerSpec computer uses custom BIOS?
What exactly is the reason that Microcenter uses a custom BIOS on Powerspec? Everything is off-the-shelf. Making a custom BIOS locks out users' ability to update from the manufacturers' BIOS updates. Can anyone care to comment? Thanks.

Need a receipt emailed - "Resend Receipt" is not working

I followed the directions at https://community.microcenter.com/kb/articles/4-how-do-i-get-a-copy-of-my-receipt several times but I never got any emails. Micro Center - New Location Request - Jacksonville, FL
Could we please get a location added in Jacksonville, FL? I know there's one opening in Miami sometime this year but that is simply too far of a drive. The Jacksonville, FL location would essentially put a spot in between the Atlanta area locations and the Miami locations (for people who live near the middle of the two…

AMD 64GB CPU/Motherboard/Memory Bundles?
Any chance you could add an option for 64GB memory AMD bundles? All of the bundles I see include 32GB of RAM…which is probably great for gaming but I also do other things for work that would benefit from more memory. I would love to see a 9950X3D + X870E Motherboard + 64 GB of DDR5.

Question about financing on a Gaming Desktop
I want to purchase a PowerSpec G913 at my local MicroCenter in St. Louis Park, MN. I don't have the MicroCenter credit card but I see with it there are two options. I can either use it for the entire purchase with 5% cashback or I can use it for special financing. If I read the terms correctly it says there is an option of…

Micro Center in Austin, TX?
With the demise of Fry's in Austin, the options for the markets that it and Micro Center serves mean that potential customers need to travel to either Dallas or Houston. Even though we measure distances in Texas in terms of hours and not miles, having a Micro Center in the Southwest's version of Silicon Valley would seem a…

I’m here to rant
MICROCENTER… Oh microcenter. The only thing you’re good for is keeping stuff on the shelves. That’s it. The employees you hire and the training you provide is LAUGHABLE to all the other corporations. The knowledge you claim your employees to have is very underwhelming at best. You’re like a narcissistic girlfriend in where…

How do I ask Micro Center a question?
I just purchased everything I need and I am having Micro Center build it for me (that's a first). I will bring my M.2 drives with my operating system with me when I pick up my new system. But I wanted to ask if I need to check if they are compatible with the new hardware. Can I chat, or call?

Requesting Consideration for a new Store in Milford CT Mall
Hello Microcenter executives! Our Milford CT mall, a very nice one I might add, lost Sears a few years ago and that space would be a perfect size for a Microcenter! PowerSpec G760 AIO Cooler whine/buzz
The PowerSpec G760 I bought has an incredibly high pitched/annoying whining sound, even when my PC is idling. After process of elimination, I narrowed it down to the AIO cooler. I have to turn the pump fan down to 60% for the noise to go away. And when I gradually adjust it back up, the whine comes back with a vengeance at…

Am I missing anything? Is it compatible with the motherboard?
I am building a gaming desktop to replace my 12-year-old Alienware X51 Intel i3 (I know…I know) system. I'm curious to know whether I'm missing anything crucial or have anything incompatible with a critical component. Take a look at my build link below. And yes, I know it's missing a keyboard, mouse, and monitor. I already…

Is this a good PC build? I'm new to this stuff.
I've only recently started getting into PCs so I really don't know a ton when it comes to putting one together with the right parts.
