PowerSpec G757 Gaming PC - Won't turn on after initial use
Hello, I purchased the G757 and installed a few games and did some test runs. Next morning I come out to boot up the computer and it won't start. RAM sticks light up but that's my only indicator that there is power. No debug LEDs light up. Quick glance shows all plugs are in place and not loose. Any ideas here?

Powerspec G729 USB port not working properly
Hello, Just got a G729 and one of the front two USB 3.0 ports does not work properly. Any device I connect is not recognized (mouse/keyboard/mic/xbox adapter). The only thing that does recognize and work properly is a USB drive. I am unsure why the USB drive works fine while all other devices are not working.

I recently purchased a powerspec g757. When I put the PC to sleep, I always hear an audible "click" or "switch" noise. Is this normal? Is the 2025 Holiday Return Policy in effect?
I bought a number of parts today for an xmas gift for my son. There seems to be some confusion amongst the staff as to when the policy starts. The website still shows last years policy. When I look at my receipt most items say Return by Jan 15, 2026, however the Mobo and CPU only show 15 days (11/26/25).
