Powerspec g914 Bluetooth not working

I've had the same nickname on my Micro Center account since at least 2015. I just tried to submit a review using this somewhat-unique username and it says that the name is already in use. Yeah, it's in use by me. There are no reviews by anyone else using that name. What am I supposed to do to get it to let me use my name?
