@Ian ok so I move the files from my hard drive to my ssd, then I remove the ssd then do a clean install of windows and when it’s complete I plug the ssd?

@Ian when I want to use my usb drive it says that I don’t have enough space but it does. Can use the usb that Already has windows on the usb?

Like the official usb by windows?

The Windows 10 USB for install should be a clean USB before making a bootable USB

@Ian So I did the install but I’m on a screen that says “getting ready” and it’s been like an his for hours. Is this normal?

An appointment is not needed for service, there may be some available online at https://www.microcenter.com/site/service/service.aspx Otherwise please visit the store with the computer and charger/power cable for assistance, store hours are 10am until 9pm Mon-Sat, 11am-6pm Sun.

The service department is at the front of each Micro Center store.

@Ian I was looking threw some of my hardware and I saw that my ram said it supported intel but it didn’t say ryzen. Could that be a cause?

That shouldn't have an impact as RAM is dependent on the motherboard.

Unfortunately, we can't give you an estimate of the cost for repair until we are certain of the issue. Our service department would be able to give you a direct quote once they have run diagnostics on your device! The diagnostic fee is $39.99. Again, once we've had a chance to take a look and run diagnostics on your device in our service department, we'll be able to give you details about what other costs there may be. 👍

@LandShark it’s been 4 weeks without any update on my diagnostic. Would it be possible to know the status of my pc?

@Ian I got an update for my pc and it was the cpu, and come to think of it when I first installed the cpu it made a little cracking noise when I put the retention arm down. Is that bad?
