I purchased a PowerSpec G358 desktop. The PC is great but I am unable to get it to recognize my video camera when I connect it via HDMI cables. I am unable to import my videos for editing. The HDMI connection works fine when I connect it to my HD tv. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Bios Update
I bought an x570 Mobo in preparation (that doesn't have a bios flash button) for the upcoming Zen 3 CPUs. Just as x470 Mobos needed a bios update for Zen 2 I assume x570 will need one for Zen 3. Does/can the Microcenter bios flash service offer bios updates without a cpu from the customer?
