New PC now crashing multiple times per day
I have a recently-purchased very-high-end PowerSpec (late 2024) which starting yesterday is now crashing multiple times per day. It's an instant shut-off and then restart, no BSOD. It is plugged directly into the wall (no surge suppressor or continuous power supply), and I have not introduced any new software or processing…

Where to find official bios updates?
I just bought a G719. I realize it has an asrock board in it so could grab latest firmware from them, but was wondering if there are official versions for the computer published somewhere? I couldn't find them on microcenter site for some reason. Thanks, Eric

G522 - Wisdom of Bios updates
I recall in the past that Bios updates were discouraged unless there was a specific problem the user hoped it would correct. Is that still the advice? When Bios updates become available for the G522, should I update the bios, even if I have no complaints about the PC functionality?

Bitlock confusion on my G522
I recently discovered that Windows 11 Home defaults to encryption when it is set up. This became an issue when I temporarily connected an external drive to the G522, and then attempted to use it on a different PC, getting the message that it was locked. Anyway after time spent on research and effort I hooked the external…

BSOD Stop Code: CLOCK WATCHDOG TIMEOUT
I purchased a G481 this past December and recently have beginning experiencing the blue screen of death (bsod) occasionally. I have stated the error message in the title. Any advice on corrective actions to take? I don’t believe it’s a hardware issue as the PC is almost brand new. TIA

Hi, I contacted tech support on Sat about this issue, but their solution did not help. I recently set up my G522, and noticed that the mouse remains on even when the PC is shut down. Powerspec G719 speakers never worked
I have never been able to hear anything from my computer speakers for a Powerspec G719. How do I turn off the rgb on my new G448 Powerspec (MSI Pro Z790-P WiFi Motherboard)
There was a similar, earlier question posted in 2023 (G441 in that instance) with nearly identical description to my own situation. Physical case buttons change fan and internal led colors and cycle lighting effects. No issue there, works fine. Unfortunately there seems to be no button nor software based means by which to…

PowerSpec G520 Questions on RAM
Hi, hope you're having (or had) a happy thanksgiving. Recently bought a pre-built PowerSpec G520, and 1 stick of G.Skill X5 16GB with the intention of having a total of 32GB of RAM. PowerSpec B943 and Linux: will I have trouble with the cooler? (or anything else?)
I'm considering the PowerSpec B943 (https://www.microcenter.com/product/678547/powerspec-b943-desktop-computer) and I'd run a mainstream Linux distro on it. I've never had a liquid cooler before. Are these coolers a category of hardware that doesn't play well with Linux OSes? Or will the board's UEFI take care of…
