i was looking into the price protection since a video card went down in price and I'm in the 30 day window. but since i made the purchase, the original card that was used is no longer active as it is expired and i have a new one and i also got rid of it. is there still a way of getting that refund?

Paid for next day shipping, but it won't get here for a week
I made an order for the LGA1700 mount and paid for next day shipping (twice as much as the mount) and it says it won't be here for a week... Is there any way to get a refund on the shipping, or is the date wrong possibly?
