How to get out of S mode on my Microsoft Surface Laptop
Hi, My three Grandchildren have Surface Laptops. They started a class today and tried to download ROBLOX and got a message stating "S mode". It looks like Microsoft Store App is missing or corrupt. Is there a way to "get out of S mode" that works. We have tried several suggestions but to no avail.

3 day old G478. Installed an additional SSD on the motherboard and now the system wont turn on.
Had to dismount the video card to get to the SSD slot. Reinstalled. Only sign of power is light at the Ethernet connection. No fans. No lights. Did a power reset (unplugged, hold on/off for 30 secs) mentioned in another post. Checked all cable connections to the motherboard; they are all good (not loose). Any suggestions?
