Local Microcenter can't reproduce issues with my warrantied PowerSpec PC. Am I out of luck?
I have a PowerSpec PC that has intermittent crashing while playing games that should be well within the specs of the PC. The problem is, it's not consistently reproducible. Unsurprisingly my local Microcenter ran some diagnostics and the issue didn't occur. They say because they can't reproduce, there's nothing they can…

Payment still pending after several days?
Hi, I'm sorry if this is dumb question; I don't often make large purchases online. I ordered a Lenovo IdeaCentre 5 Gaming PC on Saturday and it is set to be delivered to my house tomorrow, so that is exciting. However, my bank is still pending the transaction, and the money hasn't been taken out. Is it normal for it to…

Computer Build Combo Bundle Policy
If I wanted to change out a component of a bundle, can I get the same deal by paying the difference? Example: A Mobo/CPU combo comes with 'free' RAM. I wish to use a higher capacity per-module variant (same spec, manufacturer, model); can I still get the combo discount, and simply pay the difference in retail between the…

How to connect my desktops in another room to my 2 display port monitors and all my other I/O.
I'm looking into putting my 2 desktops into my server rack and then run as few cables as possible to my 2 desks, one about 15ft away and another about 50ft away. My first initial plan is to use a thunderbolt 4 hub for each computer and run a thunderbolt 4 cable to both desks. I'm wanting to make sure I can run 2 monitors…

PowerSpec G357: Fans turned red by themselves.
I bought the PowerSpec G357 about 4 months ago and the fans that came with it were always flashing many colors. There was no Aura Sync program preinstalled to control the lights and when I downloaded the program it doesn't work with the Asus Prime Z390-P motherboard so perhaps the lights around the fans are not RGB but…

We just had the power supply, video card, and cooling fan upgraded on a computer we bought at Microcenter, but I've plugged it in and the hard drive light is flashing red, plus nothing shows on the monitor. Before I drag it back in, is there anything else I can do? Everything is connected properly.
