Is there a way I can return a defective item for a replacement without having to return to a store. I live 3 hours from the nearest Micro Center and had purchased a hard drive when I was in KC along with other items. I returned home 3 hours away and found out the drive is bad. What to do if you get home and custom build doesn't work?
I picked up a custom build from the Westmont location a few hours ago. After getting home, the PC is not functioning--I repeatedly get a BSOD within about 5 minutes of being in Windows. What are my next steps to get this fixed? I live two hours away from the nearest store (the Westmont store).
