High CPU temp and TPM broken
I've recently been on my laptop and noticed that my CPU is idling at 95c. I opened it up to clean the fans but the temps are the same after closing it. I've also noticed that my TPM now doesn't work. Does anyone know what to do? Thanks!

I recently purchased an EVGA 2080 Ti from a classmate and prior to using it in a build I would like to get the thermal pads and paste redone as they have been releasing an oily residue. Does Micro Center offer this service for cards that where not purchased from them and at the Cambridge, MA store?
