F2 key doesn't rename
Hi all - I'm happy to have my powerspec b748. I replaced a 10 year old Dell Optiplex so I'm in heaven. My only challenge so far is that on this windows 11 box my f2 key no longer performs a file rename. I've read that I might have to now also press the Fn key and it should work. I don't have a Fn key, and honestly wouldn't…

Windows error 0xc1900101 when trying to update to Windows 11
I've been trying to update my computer to Windows 11 and I keep getting error 0xc1900101. I bought my computer less than a year ago and it appears to be fully Windows 11 compliant; I have a PowerSpec B677 and haven't added anything unique to it. I've tried every "fix" I can except to upgrade the BIOS (ASRock motherboard…

G436 Bios update for Windows 11?
I see that my g436 has TPM 2.0 available, but does powerspec have any bios updates on the horizon for the z490 in our pc? I'm not 100% sure if it'll require one, but I assume as bugs present themselves in the new windows rollout, that Mobo manufacturers will have to issue updates to their products. Was just wondering if we…

Windows 7/HP Printer Issues
I have Windows 7 and an HP Deskjet F380. Both my computer and printer are in fine working condition; however they have stopped communicating with each other. Glacial Bootup on Powerspec G464
My Powerspec G464 is now taking almost 4 minutes to boot - but I believe it is not Windows. Once it gets into Windows the boot process is very fast, and the computer itself is very fast. I believe it is taking forever to get through the BIOS. Also are there any newer BIOS drivers than 2019?

I was unable to restore my OS drive from a system image restore, yet I can access the image's files.
So two days ago, the SSD that houses my OS failed out of nowhere and was unreadable. I had a backup in the form of a system image from last month (December 16th, 2020) on my external hard drive, so I was certain this was an easy fix once I get a new one. The following day, I bought a new one and attempted a system image…
