Is Westbury store allowing walk ins? Been on hold for 3 hours, tried ordering online all my payments are being declined and keep losing my cart. It doesnt even allow me to use my Microcenter Store card, i just want to pick up a quick hard drive be in & out. Please help anyone?

I made a reservation for in-store pickup earlier. Unfortunately, the phone rang just as the confirmation page came up, and wasn't able to jot down the reservation number. When I returned, the page had reverted to the main store page, and the reservation does not show up in my account. Should it? Do I need to re-do this?
