POWERSPEC B245 R5-3400G/8/500/10P Crashes when in a Zoom Meeting and online classes
My B245 has been crashing while on Zoom calls during classes. This is not good. I have updated the graphics driver, what else can I do? Anyone else have this problem?

Computer black screen but can move cursor.
So as the title suggests my computer boots into a black screen but I can still move my cursor. My specs are ryzen 5 3600x 3070 32GB ram. I have tried power cycling and I cannot open task manager through the shortcut for some reason. Thanks for any help!
