I placed an online order to pick up in the Houston store on Monday, and it's still showing as processing today, Thursday. Is four or five days the current wait time, or did my order slip through the cracks?

Request purchase documentation information for iPad Mini purchased in 2014. In order to get it serviced, Apple requires a receipt with the Serial # or the IMEI on the receipt. I have the emailed receipt and the purchase history on my MicroCenter account; but neither include the serial # or IMEI. Please help!
