Can't complete purchase. Drop down menu for credit card not working.
Trying to purchase a laptop through the micro center website. Been at it for a couple hours. On the billing info screen, there's a drop down menu for credit card type: master card, visa, etc. When I click on it no drop down menu appears. And if I just leave that field empty then of course the purchase can't be completed:…

How to Add Second m.2 SSD to G438
I would like to add a second m.2 SSD to my new G438 pre built computer. I inquired of MicroCenter tech support and they sent what appears to be a build manual. That would be great if I had a pile of parts and was going to put them together. However, this is pre built and, when I open the case, things don't look the same.…

Computer is shutting off under load, won't restart until PSU has been flipped on and off.
Hey all, this is a really weird issue I'm having. About 3 days ago I was playing Apex and after some matches, my computer just shut off. It took about ten minutes for it to boot up, once it did I put it into Heaven Benchmark just to see if anything weird was going on and, sure enough, the computer shut off again -I was…

Storage on PC
I just finished my first build, and am in the process of getting the software and everything setup. I installed a Samsung NVMe M.2 SSD 980, but I have been seeing a lot of references to 2.5" SSD or an adjacent HDD. Do I need one of those other components, or will the NVMe I have do the trick? (I have the 1TB SSD).

First PC Build
Howdy, I am in the process of building my first PC. I will be using it for a mixture of running engineering software on it for school (like Solidworks and stuff), as well as using it to code extensively. I want to make it able to run games on it smoothly; mainly, I think I will be playing FPS, MMO, and some RPGs (Call of…

Moving My Pc Components from one case to another
Hi everyone, new to the community here. I recently got a pc from Origin. Overall very happy with the PC, however I am far less happy with Origin as a company. I won't go into details about the ordering process nightmare. Here is the current issue. My case is a 5000d, non airflow model. The tempered glass side panel…

Delete or change a review
Is there any way to change a review? I thoroughly trashed the Creality Cloud Box when I first bought it, and it deserved it. After multiple upgrades to the firmware and the app it's actually become very useful, I'd like to correct that review. Review page Creality Wi-Fi Cloud Box - Micro Center

Computer monitor blinks on and off when playing movies
I have an AOC monitor that I have had connected to my Windows 7 PC using the VGA connector for a couple years now, with no issues. I recently switched to using the HDMI connection, and am experiencing a rather odd problem. Now, whenever I try to play a movie on my PC, the screen goes black for maybe 3-5 seconds, then comes…

PowerSpec G436 case fan noise
Hey Folks, I bought a PowerSpec G436 a few months ago and it has slowly developed a rattle in one of the top mounted case fans. I think it either needs replaced or just needs some machine oil on the central mechanism. Can I bring this back to the store at which I bought it, for them to work on it? Thanks!

Ongoing Issues with PowerSpec PCs
I hope this is the correct forum for this. The product pages for some of the PCs in question have been removed and I can no longer post reviews. Sound crackling on laptop (through external sources, multiple USB slots)
Hello everyone! I'm new here, so hopefully I don't make any big blunders on my first post. But I've been having an audio issue with my Asus VivoBook S512. Whenver I am listening to music, the audio tends to cut out or crackle to the point that it's unlistenable. This is not a consistent sound, and goes in and out with use.…
