B745 won't power up
I bought an out of the box B745 desktop with warranty. Nothing hooked up but power, monitor, mouse, and keyboard per instructions. When I push the button on top, nothing else happens. Yes - it is plugged into an APS backup with the monitor which is working.

Title says it all really - new building, Aorus Master Z490. Using onboard video (HDMI) - board is booting to A0, but status LED is stuck on VGA. Gpu fan goes full speed at startup and restart.
Just like the question says, every time I turn on my pc and or restart the pc, the gpu fan runs full speed for a few seconds or so before dialing back down. Temps are good 33-34 at idle, is this normal? How can I fix this.
